Fee Policies

The WCFL program is self-funded through program fees and fund raising events. Player fees cover the cost of equipment (to be returned) , league affiliation, game day officials, field rentals, and organizational expenses.

COMPLETED ON-LINE REGISTRATION PLUS ALL FEES PAID IN FULL BY JULY 28, 2018 FOR YOUR PLAYER TO PARTICIPATE THIS 2018 FALL SEASON.

First player per family:

Registration FEE: Fall Tackle Football: $250 plus $200 equipment deposit-FAMILIES WITH A HISTORY OF RETURNING EQUIPMENT LATE WILL PAY $150 FOR THEIR EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT.

Each additional player per family: FEE less $20

SCHOLARSHIP FAMILIES WITH MULTIPLE PLAYERS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR THE MULTI-PLAYER DISCOUNT.

Refunds will be issued according to the following policy:
Request prior to the player being drafted to a team: Total fee less $50
After player drafted: No refunds

Registration Fee Scholarship/Sponsorship arrangements may be discussed.

SCHOLARSHIP INFO

All scholarship applications will be reviewed by the Board on a case by case basis.

ALL REQUIRED FORMS AND INFO MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JULY 28th-NO EXCEPTIONS. PARTIAL SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
